01. CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDING.
For more than four and a half years I have been in constant contact with customers as a self-employed IT consultant and have to understand exactly their problems in order to find the most efficient solution. To gain an even better understanding of customers, I completed the “Customer Insights” course at TUM with a very good grade.
02. HUMAN CENTERED DESIGN THINKING.
Since conception of different corporate identities and whole corporate designs for different companies is a big part of my work, human centered design thinking is one of my strongest skills. In addition, I expanded my knowledge from an academic perspective by participating in the “Service Marketing” module at TUM.
03. USER TESTING AND BENCHMARKING.
As part of the projects “VRealize” and “SUSHI RAIL”, I was responsible for user testing in addition to developing the software application. Thus, I worked together with the customer and his feedback on our software solution.
